  • I offer both individual and couples sessions, typically lasting 45 minutes unless otherwise noted. While I don’t currently offer family therapy, I strongly support family involvement in therapy when it’s appropriate!

  • I primarily operate as an out-of-network provider, which means I am not contracted with most insurance companies. However, I am pleased to be in-network with Aetna. For clients with Aetna insurance, you can take advantage of in-network benefits.

    For those with other insurance plans, you might still have out-of-network benefits for mental health services that you may not be fully aware of. To explore these benefits, I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card for more information.

  • Individual 45-minute sessions: $200

    Couples session: $250

Anxiety

I provide a safe space to non-judgmentally explore the physical and emotional sensations of anxiety, helping you to identify specific triggers. Techniques like mindfulness and cognitive restructuring can be introduced, empowering you to manage anxiety more effectively in everyday life.

Eating Disorders

Whether you’re struggling with an ongoing eating disorder or experiencing stress related to your relationship with food, I’d be honored to support you. With years of experience in all levels of care, together we’ll work on fostering a healthier relationship with food and yourself. I’ll also collaborate with your RD, PCP, and loved-ones to provide you with comprehensive care.

Body Image

In sessions centered on body image, we’ll examine all of the factors that impact how you see yourself and how you connect with your body. We’ll also explore ways to challenge body-shaming thoughts and foster a deeper sense of embodiment, so you can feel more comfortable and at peace.

Relationship Issues

Struggling to feel connected to others (or yourself)? Together we will delve into the dynamics of your relationships, uncovering patterns and communication styles to foster healthier and more fulfilling connections.

Life Transitions

Change is HARD! Therapy provides a space to process the emotions that arise during difficult changes and transitions. We’ll explore your fears and feelings about the transition, uncover your goals, and develop strategies for embracing change and building confidence amidst the unknown!
