Nice to meet you!

I’m a New York-based therapist with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego. With experience across residential/PHP and outpatient settings for eating disorders, and a background in supporting youth and young adults through life’s challenges, I am dedicated to fostering your growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a strong emphasis on self-compassion and enhancing self-esteem. CBT helps address negative thought patterns and behaviors, while ACT focuses on accepting and embracing your thoughts and feelings as part of the process of growth and change. I believe that therapy should be collaborative, so my approach is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.

Whether you're navigating difficult emotions, working to improve your body image, or striving for overall well-being, I'm here to support you every step of the way. We'll focus on building resilience, fostering self-acceptance, and making meaningful changes to deepen your connection with yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.

When I’m not in the office, I love exploring new neighborhoods and restaurants in and around NYC, cooking new recipes for my friends and family, and traveling whenever I get the chance! With California roots, you’ll always find me outside on a sunny day.
